I've been doing formalised training since 1971 (long time, I know). I've never been one to attend gymnasiums as I found them mostly to be quite unfriendly places. However, this gym is very different.
I moved to Narooma about 18 months ago and decided to give NFC a try. From the first moment I entered the premises and met Troy, who showed me around, I felt at home. He and his team, Chantelle especially, provide a wonderful, fun and friendly atmosphere. It's a great place to exercise and I highly recommend it.

Congratulations and many thanks to Troy and team for creating such a brilliant work out space and welcoming, supportive atmosphere! It's a favourite place to be each week!! State of the art equipment, charming owner / manager, highly professional personal trainer, great coffee.. what more could you ask for??

Great gym!! I used this space as a casual while on holiday in Narooma and couldn't have asked for a better gym. Good equipment with lovely staff. Definitely coming back next year!

Awesome gym 5 stars!
Used it for 2 weeks as a casual whilst holiday in Bermagui. Fitness instructor in Melbourne, needed to keep my strength and fitness up. Excellent equipment, especially if you’re into strength training/ power lifting or just wanting to do basic strength and cardio. Nice chill and friendly space. I’ll be popping in next time I visit the area

I turned 50 this year and have never been to a gym in my life....they intimidated me and I also have a severe neck injury so was a little hesitant. So I pushed myself to make a change and attended nearly every circuit and pilates class for the past 2 weeks and I am loving it. Great atmosphere and positive support, I personally recommend this as the perfect place to get you fit, healthy and feeling great.....big thank you to Chantelle & Daisy x

Tried my first gymcamp today I was very nervous. Thanks to the fabulous trainers Troy and Chantelle, I went from I don't know..... to Yes I can:) will be back for more.
