The 'squash courts' have been given a makeover by the passionate, hard-working owners, Troy and Kristy Beecham. Formerly 'Narooma Fitness & Cycles' Mark and Tulipe handed over the reigns of their family run business to the Beecham Family in 2015. Locals know the Beechams are no strangers to rolling their sleeves up and giving their new enterprise everything they've got! Besides a splash of paint, and some re-arranging, they have added new equipment, 24 hour access, with cheaper memberships, casual rates and class rates!

Kids Room
You can bring the tots while you work out. Take advantage of our qualified child care person working in the Kids Room Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9:30am - 11am.
There is a circuit class on in the first hour on these days or use the second hour to have your own workout or book in a PT session.
There is a five dollar fee for the kids room.
Squash Courts
Get your cardio with a game of racket ball. Squash comp is on Tuesday nights.
